Usage

Glass

Fill glass with 6-8 oz. of water or your favourite beverage. Add 1 scoop of LeanPro® 100% Whey Protein, and mix with a spoon.

Shaker

Fill shaker with 6-8 oz. of water or your favourite beverage. Add 1 scoop of LeanPro® 100% Whey Protein. Cover and shake.

Blender

Fill blender with 6-8 oz. of water or your favourite beverage. For a creamy ice cream flavour, add a handful of ice cubes. Add 1 scoop of LeanPro® 100% Whey Protein. Cover and blend.

You can mix LeanPro® 100% Whey Protein with water, juice, or milk. For best results, consume immediately following your workout, when your body needs rapidly absorbed protein.
